Centra collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and organization details. We also collect usage data, creator roster information, content submission data, and performance metrics you enter or sync through connected platforms.
We use your information to provide and improve the Centra platform, process payments, send service-related communications, and facilitate connections between brands and creators. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform, including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and TikTok Shop (affiliate data). Each provider is subject to their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
If you connect your TikTok Shop account, we access affiliate performance data, order attribution, and commission information solely to display analytics within your Centra dashboard. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure third-party payment processing via Stripe. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@getcentra.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Centra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
